Sakit betol hati nie ngan guest.. dah la x sabo... pastue nk memekak lak kat depan reception tue... nk bilik cepat je memanjang..x reti2 nk sabo... taw la customer always right..tp ngok la keadaan tue cm ne... ingat maid tue cm doremon ke ape... dah la kol 12 baru guest nk c/out... nk kemas bilik ag... pastue leh lak nk memaki kat reception... mane x hangin satu badan... sabo bebanyak la time tue... senior aku pown aku ngok dah macam ape je... menahan sakit hati... dah la bilik full... nk tukar bilik banyak la ssongehnye..nk floor sama la... guest nie nk same floor la...nk connecting lA...cm2 masalah.. yang si laki tue ok je... yang si ppuan tue la..cm singa lapar... tekanan btol... nk bilik cepat..tp c/out compon lambatnyer... tue la perangai guest... kekadang org cakap senang la... senang je maen cakap..tp try buat ngok.... kompom leh masuk hospital gle... aku pown dah hangin satu badan... diam je..dalam hati tuhan saje la yang tahu... bertapa tekanan nyer aku rase time tue... siap nk komplen kat GM ag... Sian senior aku... nk kena tahan makian guest cm singa betina tue... rase cm satu lobby tue leh dengar suara dia...dahsyat2... 

Kompon senin nie cter nie masuk dalam briefing pagi....  kalu group Mr V tue memang cm ape je... promise menda yang bukan2... ANTI sungguh aku ngan Mr V tue... sabo je la aku nie....

lumrah kehidupan di FRONT OFFICE... 

hari demi hari aku dah faham sangat bertapa stress nye senior aku keje kat fo tue... hehe...

now aku dah cool cket... abis sume aku cter kat mak n my love... lega n lapang cket hati den nie... dah la den nie cepat sensetip... hehehe...

anyway tue je nk luahkan tuk ari nie....
